In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking immigration assistance. Bilingual proficiency is essential to effectively communicate with our potential clients, and to facilitate accurate information exchange. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to clients' journeys toward legal stability and new beginnings. Duties Conduct initial client interviews via phone or in person, gathering detailed case information. Assist clients in completing intake forms and documentation accurately, ensuring all necessary data is collected for case assessment. Document client interactions in our case management system. Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to prioritize cases, schedule appointments, and prepare relevant materials for review. Support administrative functions including filing, document review, proofreading, transcription, translating, and updating our case management system. Experience Experience with immigration law is preferred, but may not be mandatory. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; excellent communication skills in both languages. Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous clerical experience including data entry, filing systems, phone etiquette, and administrative support in an office setting. Pay rate is negotiable and based upon experience.
