Job Description We are looking for a dynamic attorney with 2-4 years gaming law, regulatory licensing and corporate experience. Successful candidate must possess outstanding academic credentials, strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Prepare gaming license applications for corporate and individual applicants; Research and analyze gaming licensing statutes and regulations; Review and analyze corporate and financial documents; Draft and review commercial and corporate documents such as contracts, license agreements, corporate governance documents and related other financial documents; Draft petitions and other administrative filings to be presented to regulatory agencies; and Communicate with clients and regulatory agencies. Qualifications Corporate law experience A strong understanding of corporate governance documents Regulatory experience a plus Familiarity with the gaming industry a plus J.D. required, along with admission to New Jersey, New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar.
