Qualifications 2+ years of hand-on corporate transactional experience with the ability to work independently Familiarity with a mix of any the following is very beneficial: Formation of business organizations; corporate governance matters; venture capital; M&A; diligence; bank financing; executive compensation; stock or cash-based employee incentive plans; licensing agreements; distribution agreements; succession in closely held or family businesses; management and leveraged buy-outs; compliance with disclosure obligations under the federal and state securities laws Top academic credentials JD from an accredited law school Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey Interviews are occurring today! The provided salary range for this role is $125,000 to $200,000 with flexibility based on experience, book of business and other factors. Total compensation also includes multiple bonuses.
