Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage cases independently while working collaboratively with partners, associates, and support staff. Responsibilities Handle all aspects of assigned litigation cases Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence Conduct legal research and analysis Appear in court, mediations, and depositions as required Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines Trial experience preferred Attorney to Handle 100-200 Files Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license and in good standing with the [State] Bar [2]+ years of experience in Personal Injury preferred Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently Professional demeanor and strong client communication skills What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience [Bonus structure / Commission / Profit-sharing] Based Weekly salary along with Comission Based percentage for each case settled which is handled by the Litigation Attorney Health benefits, PTO, and retirement options,401K Supportive work environment with growth opportunities Flexible schedule How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter to or apply through.
