Receptionist / Weekend Personal Injury Intake Paralegal / Law Clerk

Responsibilities Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence Speak with potential new clients and gather facts and important accident details Schedule consultations and attorney appointments Follow up with prospective clients by phone, text, and email Send electronic retainers and assist with new client onboarding Handle client follow-up calls, emails, and texts. Maintain accurate notes and update our case management system Open, sort, and distribute all weekend mail and deliveries Assist with general office support to ensure the office is prepared for Monday operations Handle incoming leads (via phone, email, texts, etc.).
