- Handle construction law and construction litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and legal correspondence
- Participate in depositions, mediations, court hearings, and negotiations

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in construction law and construction litigation
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
