06/26/2026 Job Description Job Description This position is located in Coral Gables, FL We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney to join our Family Law practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing cases from inception through resolution. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of Family Law experience required Bilingual in Spanish preferred Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar Responsibilities Manage Family Law cases from beginning to conclusion Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, conferences, and trials Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Ensure timely progression of cases toward resolution Position Details Full-time position In-office role (remote work not available)
