Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team to assist with our family law practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in domestic relations and litigation practice, a commitment to client-focused advocacy, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional eager to develop their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role may be structured as either full-time or part-time depending on the right candidate. Duties Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy, preparation, and analysis Draft, review, and file a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Assist with client negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve favorable outcomes Manage litigation tasks, including discovery, deposition preparation, evidence gathering, and coordination of witnesses and experts Handle hearings, conferences, and trials as needed Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop case strategy and ensure efficient case management Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required. Proven experience or strong familiarity with family law. Proficiency with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw. Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise legal documents. Strong negotiation skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong courtroom advocacy and litigation skills . Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

$65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
