Plaintiff Lemon Law Attorney (California) Hybrid or Fully Remote | Anywhere in California All Experience Levels Welcome — Including Newly Admitted Attorneys A fast-growing California plaintiff-side consumer rights law firm is seeking a motivated Lemon Law Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team. Whether you're a newly licensed attorney eager to gain hands-on experience or a seasoned litigator looking for a high-reward opportunity, this role offers meaningful work, strong mentorship, and exceptional earning potential. This position can be based remotely anywhere in California or in a hybrid arrangement for candidates who prefer a combination of office and remote work. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Bi-weekly performance bonuses Settlement bonuses Percentage-based compensation for First Chair and Second Chair trial results $695 monthly health insurance contribution 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO package Additional employee benefits Clear path for professional growth and increased earning potential What You'll Do Handle Lemon Law matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands Conduct legal research and case analysis Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and status Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials Negotiate settlements with defense counsel and manufacturers Collaborate with a team dedicated to consumer advocacy and litigation excellence Qualifications Active California Bar license required Newly admitted attorneys are encouraged to apply Litigation experience is a plus but not required Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently Client-focused mindset and a desire to advocate for consumers Motivated, driven, and eager to develop as a litigator Ideal Candidate This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who wants to build real litigation experience, take ownership of cases, earn performance-based bonuses, and work with a firm that values results, collaboration, and professional development.
