Join our dynamic legal team as an Associate Family Law Attorney, where your expertise will directly impact clients navigating complex family law matters. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, including divorce, child custody, some real estate, estate planning, and adoption, while collaborating with experienced attorneys dedicated to delivering compassionate and effective legal solutions. As an integral part of our firm, you will leverage your legal skills to advocate for clients' best interests and help them achieve positive resolutions.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, visitation rights, and spousal support cases and occasional matters in real estate and estate planning Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and court filings with precision and clarity Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement conferences with professionalism and confidence Maintain detailed case files and ensure all deadlines are met in accordance with court rules and procedures Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, provide clear legal advice, and keep them informed throughout the legal process

Experience:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required Proven experience in family law practice or related litigation environments; minimum of one year courtroom experience required Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and courtroom procedures Excellent writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence Effective negotiation skills to resolve disputes amicably while advocating zealously for clients' interests Prior legal administrative experience managing case files and court documentation efficiently W e seek motivated candidates eager to make a difference in clients' lives through dedicated advocacy.
