Minimum Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, and one (1) year of relevant job experience OR equivalent amount of post-high school education and experience totaling one year.Examples of relevant job experience:
customer service, administrative work, office, and clerical work. Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to de-escalate difficult customer interactions and work respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds. Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to establish and maintain respectful, effective relationships. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with court staff, court partners, judicial officers, and the general public . Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume fast-paced work environment with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to transition from one assignment to another with ease. Reliable, with the ability to meet commitments, organize work and keep projects on task. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to change, with the ability to learn and apply new material and concepts. Experience using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, or other electronic document applications, with the ability to learn other job-related software.Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and working experience with Minnesota case management system (MNCIS), eFile and Serve (eFS) and SharePoint. Courtroom experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn other job-related software. Experience with electronic document applications, workflow queues and web-based video and audio platforms. Experience exercising independent judgment to perform a variety of tasks in a professional manner. Experience working independently and as part of a team to achieve desired results.SALARY:
The expected starting salary for external candidates is at least $23.50 per hour and may be higher depending on qualifications. Pay will be determined in compliance with the AFSCME contract. Starting salary range for candidates is $23.50- $28.45 per hour ($49,068
- $59,403 annually). The full salary range for this position is $21.45
- $35.44 per hour ($44,787
- $73,998 annually).
