Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level attorney to join our growing law firm in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Our practice is focused on transactional real estate and corporate matters, representing private lenders and institutional clients in high-volume transactions nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or junior attorney to gain hands-on experience in real estate transactions, corporate structuring, and deal execution, including contract review, title analysis, and loan documentation. You will work closely with experienced attorneys and receive direct mentorship in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. This position is fully in-office, with limited remote flexibility.
