This position plays a critical role in preparing attorneys for negotiations, plea discussions, hearings, and criminal trials.

Responsibilities:

Download, organize, and manage video evidence, discovery materials, PDFs, and other case-related documents. Upload and maintain evidence and discovery files within the firm's case management system. Review body-worn camera footage, dash cam videos, surveillance footage, and crime scene videos. Prepare concise and accurate summaries of evidence for attorneys to use in case preparation and negotiations. Assist in maintaining organized and accessible digital case files. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive legal materials.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Interest in criminal law, particularly criminal defense. Ability to analyze and summarize information clearly and efficiently. Comfortable working with technology, digital files, and video evidence. Bilingual in English and Spanish, or actively immersed in studying Spanish, strongly preferred. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
