RESPONSIBILITIES
Represent clients in family law matters from intake through resolution Handle hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and professionalism Conduct discovery, draft motions, and prepare comprehensive case materials Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and advocacy Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful outcomes Meet established billable hour requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active California Bar License
AT LEAST 2-5 YEARS
of experience as a Family Law Attorney Strong litigation and courtroom experience preferred Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Discovery and civil litigation background a plus Bankruptcy background a plus If you are ready to grow your career in family law alongside a team that values both professional excellence and personal well-being, we would love to hear from you!
