About Us:
The Busch Law Group is a boutique educational law firm experiencing growth and seeking to fill three attorney positions at varying levels of experience. We offer a congenial work environment and a competitive salary commensurate with experience. New Jersey bar admission is required. Submit resume, and professional references.
Junior Associate Experience Required:
1-5 years of practice.
Responsibilities:
Review documents for discovery, conduct research, and analyze documents to prepare rosters and lists. Assist in trial litigation processes, including preparation of motions and discovery demands/responses. Excel experience is helpful for managing and organizing data.
Plus:
Public entity law exposure and familiar with Robert's Rules.
Requirements:
Admitted to the New Jersey Bar.
Candidate Qualifications:
Superior writing skills and strong research skills. Attention to detail with excellent communication, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
