Civil and Commercial Litigation Practice Seeks Motivated Law Clerk or Recent Graduate for Role. Candidates should have at least two (2) years of work experience as a paralegal or law clerk, including judicial clerkships and summer associate positions. Core Duties & Responsibilities Drafting, preparing, & formatting motions, pleadings, discovery documents. Performing Legal Research via Lexis and Other Platforms. Reviewing depositions, medical records, bank statements, and other evidence. Providing substantive drafting and legal writing support on major motions, briefs, appeals, and other filings. Education & Work Experience Juris Doctor Degree Strongly Preferred. 2L or more Law School Experience Required. NJ Bar Admitted Candidates (actual or pending) are Highly Preferred. NY Bar Admissions are a Plus. Skills/Abilities Legal Research and Writing. Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Lexis, etc. Adobe PDF. Work Environment Position is Hybrid, 4 Days Per Week in Office. Schedule Monday - Friday from 9am- 5pm.
