Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Law Clerks to join our legal team. We work in both business and employment law, in both state and federal courts. We are seeking someone experienced in motions and intelligent, who is dependable and organized, as well as a team player. This position is for 3Ls and graduates only. Responsibilities This position is for people who love what they do and we will mentor and train you to get to the next level, and fast. You will work with simple and complex cases in both state and federal courts. We are seeking someone experienced (minimum one years') with law and motion. We require people who are great researchers to get the job done. Writing complaints, demand letters, dealing with client calls and emails as well as propounding and responding to discovery are the main tasks this position entails. Trial prep and other tasks may also come across your desk, depending on your abilities. Strong research skills are critical, as well as great grammar, and a good sense of organization. A strong work ethic and organizational skills are required. We offer a collegial working environment with people who are intellectually savvy but have lovely personalities and are fun to work with and learn from; please be of that same nature.
