Job Description

Law Clerk - Plaintiff's Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice We are a busy plaintiff-side law firm seeking a motivated Law Clerk to assist with cases in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, and product liability .

Responsibilities include:

Legal research Drafting pleadings and motions Drafting discovery requests and answers Assisting with discovery and trial preparation

Qualifications:

Current law student (2L or 3L preferred) Strong legal research and writing skills Proficiency in Lexis Proficiency in using Gemini Interest in litigation and advocacy for injured clients Prior experience in personal injury or healthcare law is a plus

While we offer flexible scheduling, please note that this is a strictly in-office role . Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available.
