What You'll Get Starting salary: $45,000 and up, depending upon experience - with much room to grow as the business grows; Performance bonuses: quarterly and annual bonuses tied to performance, client satisfaction indicators, and firm growth indicators - when the business wins, you win; Paid time off: 20 personal/vacation days per year; Hybrid work (after 90 days; at least three in office days per week); Flexible work schedule; Casual office environment: small office in a friendly co-working space with wonderful amenities and free parking; Business casual dress code; Professional development reimbursement; Free or discounted legal services for you and your family members; and True growth and advancement opportunities. (Health/Dental/Vision insurance and retirement plan benefits are not offered at this time but are expected to be offered in the future.)
