$15-$25 per hour, depending on experience Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Law Clerk to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers flexibility with part-time or full-time schedules and provides an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across a variety of legal practice areas. The successful candidate will support attorneys by managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting with client communications. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with case management, including organizing and maintaining legal files. Conduct thorough legal research utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other research tools to support case strategies across diverse practice areas including civil litigation, family law, and personal injury. Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and clarity. Support litigation processes by preparing exhibits, summarizing depositions, proofreading filings, and transcribing recorded statements. Manage client communications via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining confidentiality. Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and providing executive administrative support as needed. Skills Experience preffered as a paralegal or legal assistant within a law office environment. Proficiency with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting. Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; keen proofreading abilities for accuracy.
