Brinkley Law Firm is growing — and we're looking for a Senior Associate Attorney who's ready to level up. We don't just practice family law — we help shape it. With deep Charleston roots and national recognition, our team leads at international forums, handles sophisticated cases, and guides families through life's most personal transitions — from divorce and custody to adoption and surrogacy. Now, we're expanding into Greenville and looking for an experienced attorney who brings confidence, compassion, and courtroom strength.

What You'll Do:

Manage family law cases from intake through resolution (including litigation) Advise clients with clarity, strategy, and empathy Represent clients confidently in South Carolina Family Court Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals Collaborate with leadership on case strategy and firm growth Contribute to community outreach and professional visibility Who thrives here: Client-centered and empathetic advocates Confident litigators with strong family law experience Leaders who enjoy mentoring and supporting a team Professionals who are dependable, collaborative, and growth-oriented Attorneys who bring integrity — and a little humor — to their work

Qualifications:

Required:

J.D. from an accredited law school Active South Carolina law license (in good standing) 5-7+ years of family law experience, including courtroom litigation Strong knowledge of South Carolina Family Court procedures Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Preferred:
