Job Description
Summer Law Clerk We are a boutique criminal defense law firm that is looking for a summer law clerk. We have an active trial and motions practice and also have some appellate briefs due this summer. We want someone that is interested in criminal law and would like to work on complex legal issues, review discovery, attend meetings, court proceedings and other related matters. It would be very helpful if you were fluent in Spanish and while the position can be done remotely, there may be some travel and so having transportation would also be important. This would be a great opportunity for someone interested in criminal cases who would welcome being given significant responsibility, and the chance to obtain practical experience. We expect the position to last for 8 to 10 weeks and we will discuss salary when making an offer.
