They are actively seeking an Associate Attorney to join and help build their growing team. Position Overview The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys on complex wage & hour class action matters and high-value employment litigation. This role offers substantial hands-on experience and the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful work early on. Key Responsibilities Litigate wage & hour class action cases from inception through resolution Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions Manage and respond to written discovery and take part in discovery strategy Review and analyze large sets of documents and data Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings Assist with and contribute to class certification briefing Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development Support trial preparation, including exhibits, witness prep, and filings Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Washington Bar admission or ability to waive in 1-5 years of litigation experience (employment law or class action experience is a plus) Strong legal research and writing skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in plaintiff-side employment litigation
