We are currently hiring for full-time Legal Intake Specialists positions. Our Intake Specialists are a valued and contributing factor to our FIRM'S success. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, South Carolina office.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial client assessments and gather necessary information. Manage incoming calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism. Ensure compliance with firm's policies and procedures during all interactions. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client communications. Qualifications Proven experience in intake processes. Understand that clients need a compassionate, understanding voice in their time of need. Excellent documentation review skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with multiple platforms is a plus. (Filevine) Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced client communication. Exceptional customer service skills with a professional, warm and inviting approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Positive, go getter attitude and competitive spirit is welcome! Proven Sales experience of 2 years or more.
