We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join our growing team and contribute meaningfully within a supportive, high-performing environment. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate Attorney to support our family law practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a Senior Attorney while developing substantive legal skills and gaining hands-on experience in complex domestic matters. This position is ideal for a candidate who is eager to expand their legal knowledge, values mentorship, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Senior Associate Attorney will be expected to manage legal tasks with precision, communicate effectively with clients and team members, and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Attorney in managing family law cases from inception through resolution. Conduct legal research and analysis using various legal databases. Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner. Assist in case strategy development and preparation for hearings, mediations, and trials. Maintain organized and accurate case files. Uphold firm standards for client service, responsiveness, and professionalism. Please note this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the role. Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active Tennessee Bar License (or pending licensure for recent graduates) Minimum of one (1) year of family law experience preferred Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research Experience with legal drafting and document preparation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
