$120+ (DOE) About the Role Our client is seeking an Appellate Associate Attorney to handle complex appeals and high-level legal writing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, writing, and analyzing legal issues in depth. Responsibilities Draft appellate briefs, motions, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and analyze case law Review trial records to identify legal errors Assist with oral arguments and case strategy Requirements J.D. and active bar license 2-6+ years of appellate or litigation experience Strong legal writing and research skills High attention to detail and analytical ability
