About Us We are a client-centered law firm specializing in Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship. Our work supports individuals and families during pivotal life moments, whether planning for the future, navigating loss, or establishing care for loved ones. We approach each case with compassion, precision, and respect. We are seeking a warm, organized, and professional Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our firm and steady presence for our clients. What You'll Do As our Front Desk Representative, you'll play a key role in creating a calm & professional environment for clients and our staff.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and guests with empathy and professionalism Answering and directing phone calls using a multi-line system Scheduling appointments & managing attorney calendars Handling incoming & outgoing mail, legal documents, and deliveries Maintaining a tidy & organized reception area Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry Supporting attorneys and staff with occasional clerical projects. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate, composed, and professional in demeanor Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Experienced in customer service or administrative support (law firm experience is a plus) Able to multitask and prioritize in a client-centered environment A clear and courteous communicator - both in-person & over the phone, especially with individuals in emotionally complex situations.
