Business Law M&A Associate

Office Locations:

Milwaukee, Phoenix Quarles & Brady LLP, an Am Law 200 law firm, seeks a mid-level transactional associate with 3+ years of experience to join our Phoenix or Milwaukee office. While these locations are preferred, we are also open to candidates who are barred in states and reside in cities where we have offices. The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting documents related to mergers and acquisitions and conducting due diligence in preparation for such transactions. Excellent academic credentials and strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills and experience are a must. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers - inside and outside the firm - are essential.
