Oversee criminal investigations, ensuring thoroughness and adherence to legal procedures while managing complex cases involving crime prevention and law enforcement. Coordinate surveillance activities and utilize security technology to monitor public spaces, identify threats, and prevent criminal activity. Manage emergency response efforts by directing resources efficiently during incidents requiring immediate action. Conduct report writing with clarity and precision to document incidents, investigations, and departmental activities comprehensively. Foster positive relationships with community members, local organizations, and government agencies to build trust and promote collaborative safety initiatives. Experience Extensive background in law enforcement or related security fields with proven leadership experience in managing teams or departments. Demonstrated expertise in criminal investigation techniques, surveillance operations, and security protocols. Knowledge of law enforcement laws, animal handling regulations (if applicable), and loss prevention strategies. Experience in conflict management, crisis resolution, and first aid procedures to handle emergencies effectively. Discipline that emphasizes leadership, discipline, and strategic planning is highly desirable. Strong report writing skills combined with a comprehensive understanding of law enforcement policies and procedures. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate patrol vehicles safely under various conditions.
