Perform surveillance activities to monitor suspicious activities or persons of interest using various techniques and equipment. Manage conflict situations with professionalism, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate tensions effectively. Write comprehensive reports documenting investigations, incidents, arrests, and other law enforcement activities. Experience Prior experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable. Proficiency in report writing with attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of criminal law, loss prevention strategies, security procedures, and criminal investigation techniques. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in driving patrol vehicles preferred. Skills in surveillance operations, conflict management, and first aid/CPR certification are advantageous. Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
