In this role, you will monitor, patrol and safeguard the community entrances and assets to promote safety and minimize unlawful or prohibited activity. May be required to work non-traditional hours. As a Courtesy Patrol you will: Patrol the community and monitor common areas — no private residence entry.

Deter prohibited activity and report unsafe conditions.

Respond appropriately to emergencies by contacting police or fire services.

Maintain accurate reports and logs of patrol activities.

Enforce community rules and promote a secure environment.
