OFF-DUTY

Must be an active certified Illinois Police Officer or Law Enforcement Officer, in good standing with employed Department(s) Must be able to provide (VE-PEC) verification of employment as Peace Officer documentation from employed Department(s) Must have ability to maintain composure when dealing with unusual circumstances. Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., cell phone). Must have reliable transportation Requirements

RETIRED OFF-DUTY

Retired certified Illinois Police Officer or Law Enforcement Officer for over (1) year

Required:

Permanent Employee Registration Card (PER Card)

Required:

20hr

Security Training Certificate Required:

20hr

Armed Training Certificate or IROCC Required:

FOID Card Valid Illinois Drivers License Duties and responsibilities: Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, inspecting buildings, equipment and access points. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy and procedures. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Enforcing security policies and procedures at all events Working conditions: All sites consist of outdoor post that will involve inclement weather conditions Physical requirements Job may require standing and or walking for extended periods of time
