Pay Rate:
$50.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking professional, dependable, and highly motivated Off-Duty Police Officers to provide security services for our clients. This position is ideal for active or retired law enforcement professionals who possess strong observational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment while representing our organization with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities Provide a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and maintain order. Monitor assigned locations to ensure the safety of employees, customers, visitors, and property. Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, parking lots, and designated areas. Respond to incidents, disturbances, emergencies, and security concerns in a professional manner. Enforce client policies, procedures, and applicable laws as authorized. Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and suspicious activity. Prepare detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and security-related incidents. Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and client management when necessary. Control access to facilities and verify authorization for entry when required. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional law enforcement presence. Qualifications Active, retired, or former law enforcement officer in good standing. Current law enforcement credentials, retired officer credentials, or authorization to work off-duty assignments as required by local and state regulations. Prior experience in law enforcement, public safety, or security operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations. Professional appearance and demeanor. Requirements Valid law enforcement identification and credentials. Ability to pass any required background screening and client approval process. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and critical incidents. Must comply with all department policies governing off-duty employment. Preferred Experience Security assignments at commercial properties, healthcare facilities, schools, retail centers, special events, or government facilities. Experience with incident reporting, access control, and emergency response procedures. Why Join Our Team?
