Police Officer - Lino Lakes Police Department

The Lino Lakes Police Department is seeking lateral police officer candidates who are committed to making a real impact in a growing community and want to be part of a strong and dedicated team of professionals. Lateral candidates with 3 or more years or experience will be paid $2,500 upon start and $2,500 upon completion of training. Lateral candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience will be paid $1,250 upon start of employment plus an additional $1,250 upon the completion of training. All candidates will receive 20 hours of sick, and 20 hours of vacation time front loaded into their leave banks. Salary range is $93,080 - $113,900. Officers have opportunities to become a school resource officer, investigator, SWAT operator, SWAT negotiator, drone pilot, K9 handler, and mobile field force members.
