Job Description
You've seen job postings that claim to have a great culture. In St. Anthony, we believe ours truly stands out. We're growing to a team of 30 sworn officers working 12-hour patrol shifts (6 AM-6 PM and 6 PM-6 AM) with every other weekend off. We're committed to professional growth through opportunities including grant-funded traffic enforcement details, SWAT (tactical and negotiator) assignments, investigations, the county Violence Crime Enforcement Team (VCET), instructor roles (firearms, defensive tactics, FTO), Drone Team, Peer Support Team, and Community Engagement Team. Officers can also contribute through social media and community outreach initiatives. We value our people from day one and support their success through a mentorship program. Most importantly, we work well together—not only within our department, but with city staff across all departments—united in delivering exceptional public safety service with pride and excellence.
