As a Police Officer, you will respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and collaborate with community members to promote a safe environment for all. Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency calls and incidents, providing immediate assistance and ensuring public safety. Conduct criminal investigations by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing detailed reports. Enforce laws and regulations related to traffic control, public order, and criminal activity. Perform surveillance operations to monitor suspicious activities and prevent unlawful behavior. Utilize first aid and CPR skills to assist injured individuals at the scene of incidents. Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate tensions. Maintain accurate documentation through report writing and record keeping for all incidents and investigations. Engage in community outreach efforts to build trust and foster positive relationships with residents. Operate law enforcement vehicles responsibly while adhering to driving safety standards. Handle animals when necessary, including animal care and animal handling during incidents involving animals. Experience Peace Officer Standards and Training Certified (POST) Prior experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership abilities in high-pressure situations. Knowledge of criminal investigation procedures and law enforcement protocols. Training or certification in first aid, CPR, surveillance techniques, and conflict management is preferred. Proven ability to write clear, comprehensive reports and maintain meticulous records. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in driving law enforcement or security vehicles preferred. Pay:

$50,472.24 - $53,014.34 per year
