WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A POLICE OFFICER RECRUIT
As a new Police Officer Recruit with the City of O'Fallon, you will be employed by the City of O'Fallon while attending the Eastern Missouri Police Academy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include participating in training programs, learning law enforcement protocols, and completing physical fitness requirements. You can expect to shadow experienced officers, gaining hands-on experience in community policing, traffic enforcement, and emergency response. Routine duties may involve patrolling designated areas, interacting with community members, and assisting with investigations as you build essential skills.
