Full-Time Deputy & Full-Time/Part-Time Security Officer

Job Overview Woodland Lakes is seeking highly motivated. professional and reliable individuals for the following full-time/part-time positions. • Full-Time Deputy - Ideal for Retired Law Enforcement Officer (Must be Commissioned in Washington County, MO) • Full-Time/Part-Time Security Officer Job Summary Maintain safety and security throughout Woodland Lakes community. Enforce community rules and regulations, patrol the property, respond to incidents and provide excellent customer service to residents and guests. The Deputy position is ideal for a retired law enforcement officer looking for a stable, rewarding second career in a peaceful lake community. Nights and weekend hours are required.

Key Responsibilites:

Patrol lakes, roads and common areas (vehicle and foot patrol) Respond to emergencies and calls for service. Enforce community covenants and local laws. Prepare incident and activity reports. Assist residents with safety and security needs.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid Missouri Drivers License with clean driving record. High School diploma or GED. Must pass background check and drug screening. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

For the Full-Time Deputy position:

minimum of 2 yrs Law Enforcement experience required- Retired officers are strongly encouraged to apply. Previous security experience preferred for the Full-Time Security Officer position.
