Must meet the following qualifications : Be at least 21 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license (Ohio). Successful. Completion of a Certified Basic Peace Officer Training Academy is preferred; however, anyone without certification will be considered. He/she will be required to attend and successfully pass certification requirements. No prior experience is needed. Candidates selected to continue in the hiring process will be required to successfully complete the following: PRADCO online assessment Extensive interview process Background investigation Polygraph Comprehensive medical exam and drug screen Psychological assessment(s) Prior criminal convictions may bar employment.
