Public Safety Officer

Job Summary The Public Safety Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all individuals on the premises. This position involves monitoring activities, enforcing regulations, and responding to emergencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong conflict management skills, a background in law enforcement, would be beneficial, and the ability to operate surveillance equipment effectively. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds to identify potential safety hazards. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as required. Document incidents and prepare reports for management review. Engage in conflict management strategies to resolve disputes effectively. Skills Strong conflict management abilities to handle various situations calmly. Background or certification in law enforcement is advantageous. Ability to remain vigilant and respond quickly under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
