- Starting salary: $70,449-78,188. Waiting to hear on an additional 4% raise come July 1st . (We only accept POST certified officers at this time)
- $200 gas stipen per month (for personal vehicles)
- $50,000 life insurance for each employee

- 2 longevity bonus checks a year
- 10 vacation days for the first 5 years. 12 holidays and 1 personal day a year
- 401(k) plan to all employees. If the employee contributes at least 5% of his/her pay to the plan, the city contributes 10%
