Job Description

Overview Cooper's HOA is looking to hire two Civil Enforcement Officers to help maintain community standards and support our enforcement process. This role focuses on patrolling the neighborhood, identifying and documenting rule violations, issuing notices when needed, and working closely with residents in a professional and respectful way. We're ideally looking for candidates with prior experience in law enforcement or code enforcement who are comfortable working independently, keeping detailed records, and interacting with the public in a calm, community-focused manner. Responsibilities
  • Patrol and monitoring: Conduct scheduled and random patrols of common areas, streets, and amenity areas; visually inspect for rule and CC&R violations.
  • Civil enforcement actions: Issue written warnings, civil notices, and Association citations consistent with the Association's enforcement policy.
Documentation:
Photograph and log violations, maintain incident reports, and upload evidence to secure Association records.
  • Resident engagement: Educate residents about rules, de‑escalate disputes, and provide courteous, professional interactions.
Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly enforcement summaries for the Board and maintain accurate case files.
  • Administrative support: Assist with hearings, provide sworn statements for civil proceedings if required by the Association, and follow Board directives
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
