06/26/2026 Job Description Job Description We are actively seeking a driven and client-focused Associate Attorney to join our growing Personal Injury team. This role offers the opportunity to manage cases from intake through resolution, including both pre-litigation and litigation, making it ideal for an attorney who wants hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of a case. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent results and client service. What You'll Do Manage a caseload from intake through settlement or trial Handle all aspects of pre-litigation, including: Meeting with clients Client communication and case evaluation Reviewing and understanding medical records and bills Negotiating with insurance adjusters Transition and manage cases into litigation, including: Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery Taking and defending depositions Attending hearings, mediations, and court appearances Preparing cases for trial Develop case strategies to maximize client recovery Work closely with paralegals, and support staff Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the process What We're Looking For Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution Licensed and in good standing with the Alabama State Bar Experience in personal injury (pre-litigation and/or litigation preferred) Strong negotiation and litigation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
