Opportunity:

A respected law firm in Arkansas is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in commercial litigation, who is looking to take on meaningful responsibility and grow within a collaborative environment. The firm is also open to candidates with strong litigation experience from other practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft and respond to written discovery Prepare and argue motions Take and defend depositions Assist with case strategy, trial preparation, and client communication Collaborate with partners and support staff to drive case progress

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Arkansas 2+ years of litigation experience preferred (commercial litigation a plus, but not required) Strong experience with: Answering and propounding discovery Drafting motions Taking depositions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
