Location:
On-site full-time in either Conway, Arkansas or Hot Springs, Arkansas.Note:
Must be licensed to practice law in Arkansas. The firm is open to a range of experience levels, but candidates should have some litigation experience or a clear desire to build a litigation practice. Personal injury experience is a plus, not a requirement. Job Description Represent clients in personal injury and related litigation matters Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents Communicate with clients and guide them through the legal process Negotiate settlements and help drive matters toward strong resolutions Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently and effectively Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and client service Qualifications J.D. and active Arkansas bar license Some litigation experience or a strong interest in litigation Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills Ability to manage cases, deadlines, and client communication effectively Sound judgment, professionalism, and empathy in client interactions Personal injury experience preferred but not required Why You Will Love Working Here Lower-volume, more client-focused practice environment Opportunity to learn from an experienced and respected team Meaningful plaintiff-side work with visible impact Supportive culture that values professionalism and personal attention Clear opportunity for growth based on experience and performance.
