To apply, please submit a cover letter designating why you are interested in the position and a current resume and three references to Brian Welch, Parent Counsel Program Director, via email . Preferred applicants will be currently qualified dependency-neglect attorney under Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 15, however, training is available for otherwise qualified candidates.
