About the Firm Arizona Consumer Law Group is a fast-growing consumer law firm representing Arizonans in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, debt collection defense, garnishment actions, and debt settlement. We operate on a flat-fee model, which means our incentives are aligned with efficiency, results, and client outcomes — not billable hours. We're building something significant, and we're looking for an attorney who wants to build it with us. What You'll Do Manage a busy caseload of Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and consumer debt defense matters from intake through resolution Attend 341 meetings of creditors, court hearings, and trials (both video and in-person) Draft motions, pleadings, responses, and discovery Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, trustees, and courts with professionalism and clarity Take ownership of cases and outcomes, not just tasks Contribute to the firm's continued growth and operational improvement Requirements Arizona State Bar license in good standing Minimum 5 years of consumer bankruptcy experience Civil litigation experience strongly preferred High-level problem-solving and independent judgment Strong written and verbal communication Comfort with legal technology and willingness to adopt new tools (we use AI and modern legal tech extensively) Ability to handle emotionally difficult client situations with empathy and composure Reliable, punctual, and accountable Schedule & Location In-office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM minimum. Located in Chandler, Arizona.
