You'll work within a highly specialized fiduciary environment handling sophisticated estate settlement matters while being supported by a dedicated operations team that allows you to focus on high-level work and client service. What You'll Do Serve as lead fiduciary contact for estate settlement engagements Manage estate administration from initial intake through final closing Coordinate with attorneys, beneficiaries, advisors, and tax professionals Oversee probate-related processes and fiduciary compliance Review estate plans, trusts, wills, and related legal documents Manage estate distributions, reporting, and account reconciliation Identify and proactively address risk or administration issues What We're Looking For 8+ years of estate or trust administration experience Strong fiduciary and estate settlement knowledge Probate and court coordination experience Familiarity with estate tax, fiduciary tax filings, and trust operations CTFA preferred; JD or CPA a plus High attention to detail and strong emotional intelligence Ability to independently manage complex estate matters MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
