Job Description

Insurance Defense Attorney (2+ Years Experience) Phoenix, AZ We are partnered with a well-established law firm in Phoenix seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Defense Attorney to join their growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2+ years of experience who is looking to build their litigation skills and work on a diverse caseload in a collaborative environment. About the Role In this position, you will manage an insurance defense caseload from inception through resolution, including trial when necessary. The firm handles a variety of matters, including: General liability defense Auto liability and trucking defense Premises liability Construction defect litigation Product liability defense Professional liability (including legal malpractice) Commercial litigation matters You will work closely with clients and insurance carriers, develop case strategy, handle motion practice, take and defend depositions, and advocate on behalf of clients throughout the litigation process. What We're Looking For 2+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience Deposition and court experience preferred Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills Strong communication and case management abilities Licensed and in good standing in Arizona Ability to work in-office.
