We're looking for team members who embody these principles and are passionate about making a difference in people's lives. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our pre-litigation department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of personal injury claims and will play a key role in managing cases from initial intake through settlement negotiations. Key Requirements
  • Conduct thorough case evaluations and legal research to determine the viability of personal injury claims.
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation. Draft and file demand letters, medical record requests, and other essential correspondence. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for potential litigation. Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance with firm policies and legal standards. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting personal injury claims. Litigate small cases with little to no paralegal support
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school by state you are hired for (Utah, Arizona, and/or Idaho). Admission to the bar in [hired on State]. 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation matters preferred. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.   • $140,000 per year (based on experience) plus quarterly performance bonuses
